FAQs

Yes, River Rock RV Park only accepts RVs from the year 2000 or newer.
We welcome pets at River Rock RV Park, but there are some restrictions. No dogs over 20 lbs are allowed, and certain breeds, including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, German Shepherds, and Staffordshire Terriers, are not permitted. Management approval is required for all pets.
Electricity is sub-metered to each site and billed separately from the rent. Bills are sent out on the first of each month. Please ensure your electricity usage stays within the service limit to avoid any damage or additional charges.
RVs must be kept in good condition, with no broken windows or doors, torn screens or awnings, peeling paint, body rust, or other physical damage. RVs should be washed at least annually and must not be leaking any fluids. Tenants are responsible for any environmental cleanup caused by their RV.
Any construction or modifications to your RV site must be approved by Management before beginning. This includes the addition of storage sheds, patio covers, and other structures. It is the RV owner’s responsibility to meet applicable building code requirements.
